We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your deletion request, but please note that we may be legally or otherwise required to keep such information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites and other online services with which a user communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. We currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard is established, we may revise our policy on responding to these signals.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age without the verifiable consent of their parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13 years of age without parental or guardian consent, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Although we offer a variety of opt-out mechanisms for the information collected on our website for third-party purposes, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals except as described herein.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACYWe are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
